Dark Horse is looking for a Digital Marketing Officer to join our team and start as soon as possible. If you would like to work in a boutique digital agency that provides social media management, video production and content creation in Nedlands, Western Australia – then this is for you!
Our agency has some exciting things on the horizon and fosters a fun, supportive and relaxed working environment (we even have an office doggo!).
Our ideal candidate has a Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field and with 1-3 years working industry experience in our field.

Objectives of the position
Support the management of client social media platforms, including content planning, scheduling and engagement.
Create social media content plans, blogs and web content, content calendars, social media reports, data management and more.
Facilitate community engagement on social media platforms.
Regular client reporting and analysis on social media actions.
Work closely with the team of digital content specialists to create innovative and highly engaging content for the protection and promotion of Dark Horse’s and its client’s brand and reputation.
Contribute to the Dark Horse team and overall organisational culture of teamwork, respect, collaboration and continual learning.
Manage and lead client projects in an autonomous and collaborative manner.
Selection Criteria
Essential
More than one year of experience in a paid digital marketing and/or communications role with a focus on social media management, content creation and audience engagement.
Experience working effectively in a team environment and managing client projects independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Levels (L1-4) indicate years of active experience in a similar role and remuneration will be reflected accordingly.
Desirable
Proven ability to develop and maintain working relationships with in-house and external stakeholders (clients and contractors).
Experience of working in a complex multi-disciplinary environment servicing multiple clients from a range of industries.

We are looking for a DIGITAL MARKETING INTERN!
Job location: Nedlands, Western Australia
Employment status: Intern
Located in Nedlands and close to UWA, our small and talented team curate valuable content and interactions with digital audiences for our many clients.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking intern to join our AH-MAZING team 1-3 days per week, and who can, at the minimum, film and edit epic reels and TikToks on an iPhone.
We work with a range of industries including luxury events, heavy equipment, restaurants and cafes, beauty, real estate, aged care and many more. Dark Horse will give you cross-industry experience that is invaluable on your resume.
